The annexe known as The Wash House is available for letting in conjunction with Sunflower Barn for the period from 3rd May - 20th September 2008 at the additional price per week of £ 40.

The prices are based on a one week let and include linen, towels, electricity and heating oil. For any lets in excess of a week, further linen and towels will be provided. The changeover day is a Saturday and a letting commences from 2pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure. A deposit of £ 100 is to be paid on confirmation of booking and the balance of the rental is payable 14 days before the arrival date. No smoking is permitted on the premises. If there is going to be a late arrival please telephone Lone House Farm to advise approximate time of arrival.
